Sarafovo is one of the new districts of Burgas on the coast with a population of over 4 000 people. The combination of convenient transport hubs including Burgas International Airport, 2 km away, the proximity of Pomorie, Sunny Beach resort, Nessebar town and comfortable climatic conditions has attracted more and more tourists in recent years. Sarafovo has a long promenade and a beach of 4 km. The sand of the beach and its content are very similar to those in Pomorie. Mostly the sand is almost black with a rich composition of iron, manganese and magnesium. Dark sand absorbs sunlight, heats up faster and has therapeutic properties. The distance from the airport is less than 2 km, from the center of Burgas - 10 km, Varna - 105 km. It is convenient to get to any location by urban and intercity flights, there is also a well-organized public transport. The distance to Sunny Beach and Nessebar is about 15 km.
