I would like to share my experience with Mojenovostiumore real estate agency. At the beginning, like everyone, I had some concerns about whether everything would go smoothly and whether the property would actually be ours once completed. From the first phone call I had a good feeling, which was only confirmed when we met in person in Prague. We were buying a property under construction on hire purchase, which was very convenient for us. Communication throughout the process was flawless and everything worked 100%.
After the construction was completed, we negotiated with the recommended company regarding furniture and furnishings, so the apartment was completely finished and ready for handover. Today, approximately five years later, I can say that it was one of the best decisions of our lives. If we had bought a car back then, it would have been almost worthless, whereas the value of our apartment has doubled in that time and we can even spend our holidays here.
