We present you a beautiful project of detached houses, located on a beautiful green hill between the town of Pomorie and the district of Sarafovo - Burgas. The area of the complex has a magnificent view of the sea, hence the name of the complex Sea Houses.
The project consists of 8 two-storey houses, each with its own yard and parking for two cars. There is a choice of three types of houses.

The houses- type 1

The houses of type 1 are four and have a built-up area of 179.14 m2.
The first floor has an area of 93.19 m2. consisting of: entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining room, bathroom, pantry and veranda. The house will have a fireplace.
The second floor has an area of 85.95 m2. and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hallway
and two terraces.
Each of the bedrooms has access to a private or shared terrace. None of the bedrooms is pass-through.
There is an attic space of 100 m2 above the second floor,
which can be used as a storage room.
House type 1 with no. 5 and no. 7 has a courtyard of 310 m2;
House type 1 with no. 3 has a courtyard of 320 m2;
House type 1 with no. 1 has a yard area of 460 m2;

Houses type 2

These are three houses type 2 with a built-up area of 148.84 m2.
The first floor has an area of 76.90 m2.
There is also a corner with a fireplace.
The second floor has an area of 71.94 m2. it consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hallway and a terrace, while one bedroom is the master bedroom with its own bathroom, the other two bedrooms have a shared terrace. None of the rooms are through.
Above the second floor there is an attic space of 100 m2, which can be used as a storage room.
The houses of type 2 have yards of 310 m2.

House type 3
House type 3 is the only one of its kind with a built-up area of 212.80 m2.
The first floor has an area of 121.50 m2. There will be a corner with fireplace. Here on this floor there is another bedroom with en-suite bath and toilet.
The second floor has an area of 91.40 m2. it consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hallway and two terraces, one of which is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace and the other two bedrooms have a shared terrace. No rooms are pass-through!
Above the second floor there is an attic space of 100 m2, which
can be used as a storage.
In front of the entrance to the house and in the backyard there can be a beautiful fountain, a large swimming pool, which are paid additionally if the client is interested.
The house type 3 has a yard of 566 m2.

Stage of completion of the houses:

The stage of completion of the houses is turnkey and will be handed over to the buyer in the following condition:
All external walls will be insulated and plastered;
The living areas will be plastered and painted;
The sanitary facilities will have a boiler, the walls will be plastered
and the paint and floors are granite;
Bathrooms and toilets will be finished with ceramics at a cost of up to 20 BGN/m2. and fully equipped with sink, mirror, monoblock, fan, faucets and accessories;
The floors of the houses will be cement screed and laminate parquet flooring with a price up to 20 BGN per square meter;
Terraces, parking spaces and porches will have granite tiles;
Railings will be placed on terraces, on windows 2.NP,
to which there are no terraces and on the internal staircase;
Windows will be fitted - five-chamber PVC profiles with double glazing and German fittings;
Interior doors will have luxury fittings;
Exterior armored entrance doors with locks will be installed;
The roof will be waterproofed;
The plumbing will be polypropylene pipes and water meters will be
installed in the houses;
Ventilation will be provided in the kitchens and bathrooms;
Electrical wiring will be constructed as per the project - lighting in the stairwell and in the common areas location of keys, sockets and meters;
Telephone, intercom, internet and cable installation will be installed;
Courtyards will be grassed and landscaped with various flowers.

Each house has the option of building their own pool and/or
jacuzzi, which the client pays for additionally.
The yard for each house is 310 m2. The size of the house is 250 m2 for 566 m2, which gives
the possibility to install fountains, swings and other facilities according to the taste of
each customer.
