Renovated stone house by the sea

Stones house is located in a small quiet town Lepetani, between the towns of Tivat and Kotor.

The house consists of three floors.

On the ground floor there is a large living room, kitchen and toilet, in front of the house is a large tiled terrace with barbecue

On the first floor there is a large bedroom with bathroom and exit to the terrace behind the house.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has been completely renovated and ready to move in.

Behind the house is another paved terrace and part of the plot that provides the house with special privacy.

In front of the house is a small pontoon and a parking lot, which is owned by the state.
