Penthouse in the center of Poreč

It consists of two floors, on the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms with double beds (one has access to the balcony), bathroom, storage room and laundry room which leads to another balcony.

On the 2nd floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom and balcony (exit from the living room and kitchen).

The entrance is from the inner courtyard, there is a parking space for one car, rented another parking lot in a large parking lot about 300m away.

Heating and cooling is solved by air conditioners (2 on each floor), and in the living room there is a fireplace.

The upper floor was added in 2009, all legalized, the last renovation in 2019. The apartment is fully equipped, ready to move in or rent immediately,

Furniture and everything inside is included in the price.

Poreč is a small town, yet it is one of the most visited resorts not only of Istria, but of the entire Adriatic coast, including Czech holidaymakers. With its visitors, together with the resort of Rovinj, it even ranks among the most frequented tourist cities in Croatia, such as Zagreb or Dubrovnik. Originally a Roman settlement, which is now writing for the second thousand years of its history, it boasts a nice historical center, the remains of ancient temples and a number of monuments dominated by the Basilica of St. Peter. Euphrasium with a pointed bell tower and a painting-decorated interior. But rich history is certainly not the only thing Poreč has to offer. The city has a beautiful coastal promenade with palm trees, planted flowers and landscaping, excellent restaurants, clubs and bars, including discos, and a variety of accommodation from hotels to campsites. Its fantastic coastline is full of beaches, overgrown with lush vegetation headed by pine forests, and has breathtaking views of the crystal clear sea that plays with all the colors of sea blue.
