Vodice is a very lively tourist town with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. They are located in the very centre of the Croatian coast, 12 km from the town of Sibenik. Vodice is surrounded by pine forests and vineyards. Vodice has around 9 000 inhabitants. The Mediterranean climate of Vodice means that the temperature in summer is between 26 and 30 degrees and in winter between 5 and 10 degrees. Whether it's relaxing on the beach, exploring the natural beauty or history and culture, Vodice and its surroundings have something to offer everyone. You can spend a whole day (or even an evening) on the 4 km long beach Plava plaža (Plava means blue). The beach has been awarded the blue flag.
