The apartment is sold unfurnished, we will be happy to help with furniture and equipment. The layout is hallway, kitchenette with rest area, bathroom with toilet, terrace overlooking the pool. The U-dacha is located in a quiet area, in the southern part of Sunny Beach, just 500 meters from the beach. Smaller, well maintained and complex in operation all year round. The owners and their guests have at their disposal in the complex: swimming pool, relaxation area, playground, parking, 24h security. In the complex there is an elevator. The maintenance fee is 8€/m2 per year. Very good price!

Sunny Beach is the largest hotel resort in Bulgaria, it is several kilometres long and lies 30 km north of Burgas.
