The restaurant includes an indoor and outdoor shopping area with an outdoor swimming pool. It offers an authentic atmosphere and an impressive interior with a collection of hunting trophies. Fully equipped kitchen with attached pantry. The spa area is newly built and includes a sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation area, shower and bathroom.

The complex also includes an outdoor pool with sun loungers, billiards, spacious reception area with office, lobby and restrooms, courtyard with hammock, parking in front of the complex.

The main building was built in 2003, the annex and extension were built in 2008. The pool and spa area were built in 2017. The reception, billiard room and hotel rooms were renovated in 2017-2018.

The facility operates year round and is very well developed. The restaurant has regular customers, mostly foreigners with permanent residence and also Bulgarians.

The family hotel is fully furnished, functional and has all the documents to operate. The complex is located 3 km west of the beach, on the southern slope of the eastern Stara Planina and 40 km from Burgas. Attractive combination of sea and mountains. To the east there is a magnificent view of the sea bay and Old Nessebar. Internet connection is provided throughout the complex.

A bus stop is about 150 m away and there is also a mini golf course nearby. A newly built Lidl store is just 3 km away. The latter and the Sunny Beach are easily and conveniently accessible via a lighted walking and cycling path or by car and regular bus connections.
