We present to you a spacious 3 rooms, with a total area of 90 m2, situated on the second floor in the complex Barco del sol on Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet and a spacious balcony.

The floors in the property are terracotta and laminate. The bathroom is equipped with a boiler and all accessories. Kitchen: fridge, cooker hood, ceramic hob, oven, microwave.

Heating and cooling is by means of installed air conditioning. The equipment includes a TV.

The Barco del Sol complex is located in the central part of Sunny Beach, close to some of the most famous bars and restaurants, 500 metres from the beach, by the main promenade of Sunny Beach, connecting the western part of the resort with the centre. Just a few minutes away is the bus station, from where you can take a bus to the towns of Nessebar and Sveti Vlas.

Barco Del Sol has its own mini-market and 24-hour security, parking. One of the main attractions is the swimming pool on the roof of the building. At the pool bar you can have a drink while enjoying the picturesque view.

The maintenance fee is 10€/m2 per year.

Sunny Beach is the largest hotel resort in Bulgaria, it is several kilometres long and lies 30 km north of Burgas. The good climatic conditions of the whole area, the beautiful 8 km long sandy beach with a gradual descent into the sea and the proximity to the historic Nessebar make Sunny Beach one of the most sought after places in the Bulgarian Black Sea. Transportation in the resort is provided by mini-trains and regular bus services connect it with the surrounding towns.

Sunny Beach is an ideal place to spend a pleasant family holiday with plenty of attractions for children. Young people will also enjoy the many entertainment options.

The resort has a lively coastal promenade running the entire length of the beach almost to Nessebar. It is lined with a number of cafes, stalls and cosy restaurants. During the summer season there are many festivals, concerts and other cultural events. Walking along the beautifully lit colonnades is also very popular. In recent years, most of the hotels have undergone major modernisation and are second to none in many of the renowned tourist resorts in the Mediterranean.

The main attraction of the resort, however, is the beach - eight kilometres of fine light sand. Access to the water is very gradual, suitable for non-swimmers and small children who can safely play here.

Also worth mentioning is the local water park Action, which is designed for all generations. There are many slides, water slides, pools, whirlpools, children's pools, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, patisseries, poolside bars and many other attractions.
