The complex Vista del Mar 2, in which the apartment is situated is located in a quiet and peaceful location, just 300 meters from the sea and the beach, protecting between Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas. Within walking distance there is a bus stop, supermarket and restaurants. The complex has a swimming pool, relaxation area, bar, security and shop. The maintenance fee is 10€/m2 per year.

Sveti Vlas is a pleasant town at the foot of the Stara Planina, 4 km from Sunny Beach. The distance from this resort is really insignificant. It won't take long for the two towns to be connected thanks to the development in the popular and much visited Sunny Beach.
