Concept
The project is inspired by one of the most typical features of a natural beach: the sea shells. The buildings behave like shells - they are protective but open at the same time. The shells open in harmony with the natural landscape and the viewing corridor. Their placement evokes a sense of natural flow, striking a balance between organization and organic coherence. The buildings present an integrated approach and cover all functions within a unified structure - home, seating and gathering, shaded terraces, pool, plants and lawn.

Architectural Design
The buildings are set on a natural base that blends into the landscape, and the blocks work in pairs. Each pair of blocks contains a vertical circulation unit with an elevator and staircase, and the two blocks are connected by a connecting bridge. The alternating orientation of the facade openings in both directions creates a continuous connection with the landscape, providing a sense of openness and connection with nature.

Location and Views
The apartments are located at the highest part of the slope, ensuring that each block offers fantastic views of the sea and Cape Rodon. All six blocks of flats follow the natural topography of the hill with their heights, creating a harmonious unit that integrates naturally into the surrounding landscape. This approach ensures not only aesthetic integration but also maximum use of the panoramic views.
