Pefkochori , meaning "pine village", is a tourist town located in the southeast of the Halkidiki peninsula in Greece. Pefkochori is named after the pine trees found in the mountains of the area. The population in 2011 was 1 931 . Pefkochori is located on the northeast coast of the peninsula, 3 km southeast of Chaniotis, 4 km north of Agia Paraskevi and 92 km southeast of Thessaloniki.

In the north-western part of the harbour, where ships are now moored, there are remains of a Roman settlement. A hoard of Lysimachian coins has been discovered in the same district.
