A lovely 210m2 country house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a private 9x4m2 swimming pool with cover and an outside kitchen located in Aledo, Murcia. This property is situated on an elevated 8.000m2 plot with orange trees and over 50 olive trees. This property offers stunning panoramic views to the surrounding mountains, countryside and is just a few minutes drive into the village itself.

Upon entering the property you have a gravelled driveway with plenty of room for vehicles. There is a beautiful south facing terrace with a pul out canopy overlooking the pool and mountains. There are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower and the other with a bath & overhead shower. One of the master bedrooms has patio doors out onto the terrace.

Outside, we have the summer kitchen area with BBQ and a large store room with a fridge. From here, steps lead down to the pool area with plenty of terrace space for sun bathing, an outside shower and 2 gazebo areas for extra shade while enjoying that mediterranean lifestyle.The garden is mainly laid with gravel with fruit trees with an irrigation system. The plot has outside lighting making this a great feature at night. There is also a large wooden shed for extra storage or accommodation if needed.
