The villa has a total of 10 rooms, including 9 bedrooms, 8 toilets, 7 bathrooms, 2 kitchens with dining areas, 3 open plan kitchenettes, an outdoor barbecue, a garden shower by the pool and a fireplace in the central lounge for cooler days.

The whole villa is heated by electric heating and a fireplace. A 600 litre hybrid boiler is used for water heating and heating.

The central salon has a ceiling height of 3.30 m, in other parts of the house the ceiling height is 2.80 m and in the attic the height varies from 2.70 m to 1.5 m at the lowest points.
