The apartment has a comfortable layout - all rooms are separated. The windows of the living room and the adjacent terrace are situated to the west, the windows of the bedrooms to the south-west.

The complex "Rutland Beach2 " is located in the area of "Chatal Tepe" in Ravda. The complex was put into operation in 2006. The complex is located in the first line, only 50 meters from the beach. The owners and their guests are offered in the complex: large swimming pool, children's pool, relaxation zones, playground, elevator, 24h security, parking. Maintenance fee is 550€ per year.
