Goritsa is a village located in an ecologically clean area, in northeastern Bulgaria, part of the municipality of Byala, Varna region. It is located 6 km from the city center of Byala, 47 km from Varna and 4 km from the beach.

The climate in the area is mild continental with the influence of the proximity of the Black Sea. It is characterized by cool summers, warm autumns, mild but windy winters and sunny springs.
