Exclusively we offer semi detached two-storey house with a yard of 3000 m2 and a house with a total area of 100m2, in the village of Zornitsa, Bulgaria. The house consists of a living room with dining room and kitchenette on the first floor. An outside staircase leads to the second floor where there is a veranda, bathroom with toilet and two bedrooms. In the courtyard further there is a summer kitchen with tool storage and washing machine.

The house was completely renovated in 2022 and has an autonomous water source - a probe with hydrophore.

Water supply is also provided by Burgas Waterworks, there is a water meter installed. The property is sold with furniture and electrical appliances, except for the owners' personal belongings.

Under the plaster of the first floor is laid a waterproofing mixture with a thickness of 150 cm, because the first floor of the house is at underground level. When OSB is laid on the bedroom floor, glass wool is added as insulation. Glass wool was also laid on the entire ceiling of the second floor in the attic space. A water jacketed fireplace, pump with thermostat and UPS are installed in one room. There are 40 fruit trees in the yard - cherry, apple, plum, pear, quince, almond, cherry, fig, apricot and also strawberry. The house also has a swimming pool with a diameter of 3 meters, which is in built and not inflatable. Recessed lighting throughout the yard as well as light fixtures around the entire house.

Burgas is the largest city in southeastern Bulgaria and the second largest on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, and with an area of 253,644 km² it is also one of the largest in the country.
