The house consists of a living room with dining room and kitchenette on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2022 and has an autonomous water source - a probe with hydrophore.

Burgas is the largest city in southeastern Bulgaria and the second largest on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, and with an area of 253,644 km² it is also one of the largest in the country. According to the latest NSI census as of 31 December 2015, it has 203,017 inhabitants, making it the fourth largest city in the country.
