We offer a beautiful Dalmatian house, located right on the seafront, surrounded by cafes, markets, restaurants, promenade, marina and beach. The house was built before 1968 and completely renovated in 2020.

During the renovation a complete bathroom replacement including new installations, replacement of windows and shutters, new floors, staircase and installation of new air conditioning units.

The house is spread over three floors.

The lower floor has a separate entrance and separate electricity and water meters. It has access from outside and inside the house and can be used as a separate apartment or commercial space.

The second floor is located on the first floor and includes a kitchen, dining room, large living room, toilet and pantry. The third floor offers three bedrooms and a large terrace overlooking the sea, the islands and the promenade.

The house can be converted into three separate apartment units.

It is currently used for tourist purposes and generates a nice annual income.

Vodice is a very lively tourist town with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. It is located in the very centre of the Croatian coast, 12 km from Sibenik. Vodice is surrounded by pine forests and vineyards. Vodice has around 9 000 inhabitants. The Mediterranean climate of Vodice means that the temperature in summer is between 26 and 30 degrees and in winter between 5 and 10 degrees. Whether it's relaxing on the beach, exploring the natural beauty or history and culture, Vodice and its surroundings have something to offer everyone. You can spend a whole day (or even an evening) on the 4 km long beach Plava plaža (Plava means blue). The beach has been awarded the blue flag. It deserved this award for the cleanliness of the sea and its neatness. Along the beach grows a nice pine forest, in which there are restaurants and bars. The pine trees offer shelter from the strong midday sun. There is also a diving school here.
