We offer two services - finding the property and closing the deal.

Finding the Property

This service is paid upfront but is free of charge at the time of your purchase. We refund all the payments made.

How does our service actually work? There are three possible situations:

First Option

Cost: 500 euros + costs of lawyer and engineering services paid upfront.

How it works:

Provide us with the necessary information for the property you wish to own or send us the property you have chosen. We find and send you different proposals. You choose from them and we arrange an online viewing. We check the property and provide full information about it. When you become the owner of the chosen property, our service is free of charge.

Second Option

Cost: 900 euros + costs of lawyer and engineering services paid upfront.

How it works:

Provide us with the necessary information for the property you wish to own. We find and send you different proposals. You choose from them and we arrange an online viewing. We check the property and provide full information about it. When you become the owner of the chosen property, our service is free of charge.

Third Option

Cost: 1900 euros + costs of lawyer and engineering services paid upfront.

Service: finding the property, online viewing, checking the property, physical viewing on-site, and the CEO accompanies you for 2 days.

How it works:

Provide us with the necessary information for the property you wish to own. We find and send you different proposals. You choose from them and we arrange an online viewing. We check the property and provide full information about it. Then we arrange your trip, you buy the flight tickets, and we accommodate you for 3 days in one of our flats. We handle the transfer from and to the airport. We will spend time together; if you don’t like the chosen property, we will visit a few other options. Then we will check the chosen property. When you become the owner of the chosen property, our service is free of charge. You only cover the external work costs.

Finishing the Deal

If you choose a newly built property, our fee is 2% of the property value. For a second-hand property, our fee is 5% of the property value.
