A New Beginning in Bulgaria
David was overjoyed with the purchase of his new apartment. After much searching and comparing offers, he finally found his dream home and didn't hesitate to invest. The apartment was spacious, bright and offered a wonderful view of the park. David couldn't be happier.

The first problem
After a few months, however, David noticed that the ceiling in his bedroom was starting to get damp. He didn't understand why this was happening until he discovered that his ceiling was also the floor of the landlord's terrace above. Suddenly it all started to make sense.

The Nightmare
One night, during a heavy rain, the ceiling couldn't take the weight and moisture and literally collapsed onto David's bed. Fortunately, he was not in his room at the time, but the shock was immense. The water that came pouring down had already caused considerable damage to the furniture and floor. The water leak was truly horrific and the rapidly forming mould began to cause health problems for David.

Side effects
The mould led to allergic reactions, respiratory problems and constant stress. David felt isolated and desperate, as if his dream home had turned into a nightmare. Every day spent in the flat was a struggle with the effects of damp and mould.The Solution
