We will invite you to visit us, where you will not only see the properties with our delegate, but also have the opportunity to discover the beauty of Albania.


Important notes:

  • After purchasing a property from us, the package price will be deducted from the total purchase price. This deposit will essentially be refunded through a discount on the property.
  • You will be able to travel from Prague, Vienna or Frankfurt to Tirana.
  • The price shown is for a stay of 2 people for 3 nights in a hotel.
  • Specific tour schedules will be arranged individually with the delegate.

What will be waiting for you on site?

Day 1

  • After landing at Tirana Airport, you will be greeted by a driver with a sign and safely transported to your chosen hotel.
  • On arrival at the hotel, check in peacefully.
  • Rest after a long journey and regain your strength for the sightseeing ahead.

Day 2

  • In the morning, you will be greeted outside the hotel by one of our delegates and together you will embark on a tour of selected properties. The delegate will make sure you have plenty of time and peace of mind to view the apartments. Our company transport will be at your disposal throughout the day.
  • The properties will be tailored to your requirements. The delegate will also have other options ready for you to explore, all depending on your preferences and needs.
  • In addition to the property tours, the delegate will show you each beach and explain in detail the advantages of each location. This will help you better understand the potential each has for investment or personal use.
  • After the tours, the delegate will take you back to your hotel where you can relax and absorb the information you have learned.

Day 3

  • In the morning, the delegate will be ready again and you will set off together for the second part of the tour.
  • After the tours, you will have coffee or lunch together, where you will go over all the options again with the delegate.
  • If you don't have any other tours scheduled, you can use the rest of the day for a short sightseeing tour of Albania to get the most out of your stay. We will be happy to provide you with tips on places to visit.

Day 4

  • In the morning, a driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you safely back to Tirana airport.

Transfer: On arrival at the airport, our driver will pick you up and transport you safely to your chosen hotel. He will also take you back to the airport on departure.


Accommodation: We will choose a well-located hotel that is well maintained, clean and meets your requirements.
